In Q2, the candidate-short climate certainly influenced hiring managers’ decisions to enlist Tiger in their quest to find high-quality talent. Our permanent placement numbers have increased by 25%, while international placements are up 5% from the beginning of the year. Data shows that, on the candidates’ side, they’re leaving their roles due to feelings of being undervalued and wavering career progression opportunities.
