After studying management at university, Lydia began her career in luxury ski chalets based in Meribel. She then spent five years working on yachts and in private villas until she became part of Tiger in early 2022.
Lydia prides herself on being a consultant first and foremost. Working with her Principals, she enjoys sourcing staff for their unique roles and providing a value-add service to hiring.

After graduating with a 2:1 in Management and Economics in Russia, Anastasia moved to London in 2005 and began her career in the events industry. Over the years, she gained valuable and diverse experience executing high-profile events in the charitable, corporate and private sectors, holding functions in some of the most iconic venues in London. Alongside her career, Anastasia dedicated time to her family, taking a break to raise her children. In addition to her extensive experience, she worked as a teaching assistant supporting students, especially those with special needs.
Anastasia is eager to apply her expertise to the recruitment industry, where her results-driven mindset and people-centric approach will make a significant impact.

Before joining the Private team at Tiger, James worked in a boutique hotel in Bath where he was able to network and build relationships with HNW customers.
His day-to-day role includes supporting UHNWI with their permanent household and family office placements. James places considerable importance on understanding their specific requirements and providing a personalised service to make sure all the boxes are ticked.
When James isn’t at Tiger, he immerses himself in sport – from running, playing tennis and rugby, to watching F1.

Chloe joined the yachting world in the south of France aged 19. Following this, she held roles in private households, with one particular prestigious home in Cap D’Antibes proving a real highlight.
After 11 years working with private employers, she joined us to focus on the temp desk and, with her wealth of experience, she is perfectly placed to understand the importance of employee/employer matchmaking.
