RULES FOR PROMOTION

  1. These rules and any other rules specified by Tiger Recruitment Limited (the “Company”) from time to time (“Promotion Rules”) apply to any Promotion (“Promotion”), which is run by or on behalf of the Company. By taking part in a Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by the Promotion Rules and by the decisions of the Company which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with the Promotion Rules.
  2. The Promotion will commence from the 4th of July 2023 and will run indefinitely. The Company reserves the right to cease this Promotion at any time.
  3. B Corp certified companies, who cite this Promotion and call in a permanent or temporary job, lasting one week or longer, to the Company from the 4th of July 2023, will be eligible for a 10% discount to our standard business terms and conditions.
  4. Entrants may be offered the chance to subscribe for a free newsletter or other service of the Company, but failing to do this will not disqualify you from a Competition.
  5. Unless otherwise stated, the Company is the promoter of the Promotion.
  6. If you qualify for the 10% discount to our standard business terms and conditions, you may have to provide additional information (including, without limitation, business address, proof of age or identity, proof of B Corp certification) and/or complete additional documents and return them to the Company within a specified period.
  7. If any of these rules are deemed to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the affected rules shall be deleted from these Promotion Rules but the remaining rules shall continue in full force and effect.
  8. These Promotion Rules and each Promotion are governed by English law, save for where the terms of business signed are with an international subsidiary, which case the laws applicable to the subsidiary, as stated in the terms of business, will apply. Any disputes arising between the Company and any third party in relation to these Promotion Rules and/or a Promotion Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (save that the Company shall be entitled to take action against a third party in any other jurisdiction).
