Managing Consultant - Temporary Business Support
After graduating with a 2.1 from Oxford Brookes University in 2019, Jess started temping as a receptionist. She worked for various companies including an asset management firm, energy company and yacht broker, which gave her great insight into various industries and office environments.
Jess started at Tiger in February 2020, after being referred by a friend. She initially worked as PA to our MD, Rebecca, then in the marketing team, before finding her calling as a recruiter in 2021. Ever since, she has thrived in the West End temporary team, still working closely with Rebecca.
What makes you Fiercely Distinctive?
Having started my career as a temp, I know firsthand what it’s like to work in the temporary market, which gives me added insight and empathy towards candidates, as well as an appreciation for what our clients are looking for. In the office, I’m also the go-to person for any restaurant recommendations!
