Ashley Rabicano

Ashley registered as a temporary candidate with a recruitment agency 20 years ago and was offered a desk assistant role internally. 11 years later, she was still there heading up the temporary and permanent teams. After taking a four year break to raise her children, she transitioned into another role at a business support recruitment agency for six years. Ashley is the ‘go-to’ person for many of her clients, candidates, and colleagues due to her advanced knowledge of the market and meticulous approach.
