Anastasia Rachidy

Originally from Russia, Anastasia graduated with a degree in Management and Economics before relocating to London in 2005 to begin her career in the events industry. She delivered large-scale events across the private, corporate and charitable sectors, working within some of London’s most prestigious venues and developing a strong foundation in high-level client service and relationship management.

Anastasia now specialises in private household and family office recruitment, advising UHNW clients across the UK, Dubai and internationally. Working across both markets, she brings a global outlook alongside fluent Russian language skills, cultural awareness and a highly relationship-driven approach.

In 2026, Anastasia was promoted to Managing Consultant in recognition of her continued contribution and expertise within UHNW private recruitment.

Outside of work, Anastasia enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking and spending time with her family.

I have a dry sense of humour, and I am surprisingly friendly… for a Russian.
