I have internal HR specialist; do I need a recruiter?
A recruiter is responsible for the entire recruitment process. They advertise jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure candidates meet the organisation’s needs. A recruiter specialises in the process of finding and hiring candidates.
An HR specialist focuses on a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits management, and compliance with labour laws. If they have capacity within their role, they may be able to recruit as well; however it is generally more efficient to have a dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment specialist to focus on this.
What specific HR roles does Tiger recruit for?
The HR roles that we recruit for include but are not limited to HR directors, HR business partners, HR generalists, diversity and inclusion specialists, talent acquisition, learning and development specialists, and employee relations specialists.
