Niamh O’Carolan Murphy

After graduating from Trinity College Dublin, Niamh spent time working as a seasonal worker in France before relocating to London to begin her career with Tiger Recruitment as a Team Assistant within the City Team. Since then, she has progressed through the business to her current role as Operations & HR Manager. Niamh works closely with the operations team to support both the day-to-day running of the business and the successful delivery of long-term projects. Dividing her time between our London offices, she plays a key role in aligning teams around shared strategic goals and maintaining a cohesive company culture.
