Mara di Reda

Mara began her career in London studying software engineering as a degree apprenticeship, which led to full-time work in the tech sector. During her five years in web application development, she discovered a passion for working on projects in a non-technical support role. This led her to move into PA work in the tech and crypto sector, giving her a strong foundation in supporting teams and project managers in an innovative, fast-moving environment.

After moving from London to Dubai in 2025, Mara took the opportunity to move into a new industry. She joined Tiger as PA to the Head of MENA Region, where her organisation and focus allow her to approach the challenges of the role calmly and productively.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I read 100 books a year and also love cooking and baking. I love learning and trying something new, whether it’s at work or in my free time.
