Cai Pike

Cai joined Tiger in early 2019. She works closely with her multi-sector clients to understand their recruitment needs, and to ensure that her shortlists are delivered efficiently, comprehensively and to the highest standards.

Before joining Tiger, Cai worked in a boutique Public Relations agency and also as a Private PA. With a degree in Psychology and strong people skills, the switch to recruitment came quite naturally.

Service driven, Cai prides herself on a candid but empathetic approach to recruitment, believing that this is the key to achieving successful outcomes for candidates and clients alike.
