Key responsibilities:
-  Word processing from copy or audio tapes
 
- Creating Excel spreadsheets using audio data
 
- Creating and completing all documentation according to company style, including reports, letters, minutes and contracts from digital dictation and occasionally, hand-written drafts
 
-  Daily filing management and maintenance
 
- Ad-hoc administration tasks
 
Essential requirements:
- Minimum touch typing speed of 60 WPM
 
- Competent with all Microsoft Office packages
 
- Excellent standard of written English
