Abu Dhabi, UAE  SALARY: 30,000 AED - 40,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Position Summary: The HR Senior Specialist will oversee key areas of HR operations, with a focus on compensation and benefits, payroll, and data reporting. This role will manage the analytical aspects of HR, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with HR policies. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial in maintaining employee files, tracking visa expirations, and ensuring compliance. The Senior HR Specialist will also provide key insights to senior leadership and work closely with vendors, payroll providers, and other HR partners when needed.

 Day-to-day responsibilities include a combination of the following:

 • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation structures, benefits packages, and bonus programs. Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy in payroll and benefit disbursements.

• Payroll Management: Oversee payroll operations across all entities, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Work with external payroll providers and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Data Reporting & HR Metrics: Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and compensation benchmarking. Provide data-driven reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

 • HR Analytics: Use HR data to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making in areas such as headcount forecasting and workforce planning.

 • HR Documentation: Prepare employment contracts and maintain accurate employee databases, trackers and personnel records.

 • Legal Compliance & Documentation: Ensure HR operations comply with UAE labor laws, including timely submission of all legal documentation, payroll tax compliance, and audits. Track visa expirations and ensure timely renewals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

                                                                                                                                                          • HR Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors, such as payroll providers and benefits administrators. Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with contracts.

• Employee Files & Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee files, including compliance with legal and internal documentation requirements.

 • HR Operations Support: Provide operational support to the HR department, assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and process improvements.

• Adept at using data-driven insights to improve HR processes and provide actionable reports to leadership.

 • Knowledgeable in UAE labor laws and experienced in managing payroll compliance, visa tracking, and employee file management.

• Proficient in HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.

• A detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, capable of managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance operations.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS or HRMS), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and payroll compliance.

 • Ability to manage relationships with vendors and external partners.

 • Consulting experience is advantageous, offering a broader perspective on strategic HR initiatives and process improvements
