Tiger Recruitment is delighted to assist a global leader in electromagnetic solutions in their search for an HR Specialist for the office located in the Canton of Solothurn.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the point of contact for employees on-site and overseeing the entire operational HR lifecycle
  • Handling personnel administration and preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with our external payroll partner
  • Managing social insurances (AHV/IV/ALV, accident and sickness insurance, FAK, EO, pension fund) as well as withholding tax
  • Providing HR reports for local and global stakeholders (employee headcount, HR KPIs, personnel costs, workforce planning, etc.)
  • Implementing strategic HR initiatives
  • Implementing the talent management process and supporting the development of executives and talents
  • Providing situational support to the global TE team in recruitment efforts

 
Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial education with a degree as HR Specialist with federal certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an international industrial company in Switzerland
  • Experience in integration, organizational change, and restructuring
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and the Swiss social security system
  • Flexibility to adapt to complex organizations, changing environments, and diverse employee expectations
  • Fluent in both German and English is essential; additional languages such as French and Italian are advantageous
