London (City of) SALARY: £70,000 - £90,000 PER: Annum TERM: Contract

My client is a highly reputable boutique bank looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional to support their London office on an upcoming redundancy project. This role will be on a 3-month contract on a full-time basis, 5 days a week in the office and reporting into the HR Director.


  • The main focus of this contract will be managing a redundancy process for the company, ensuring all processes and procedures are managed accordingly
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any questions or queries related to the process
  • Managing any employee relations cases related to the process accordingly
  • Ensuring all paperwork is updated accordingly
  • Supporting the wider HR team with any additional tasks where needed

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Senior HR Generalist positions
  • Previous experience managing redundancy processes is essential
  • Previous experience working within financial services is essential
  • CIPD Qualification or similar
  • Strong adaptable communications skills
