Key responsibilities:
- Working with the secretarial team, providing support when necessary
- Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
- Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents
- Frequently updating contact details on the company database
- Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary
- Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries
- Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers
- Supporting the senior PA with admin and document overflow
- Covering diary management when required, including organising travel and accommodation and email correspondence
Essential requirements:
- Educated to A-Level standard
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
