Natasha Ilic

Natasha is a Managing Consultant based in our London City office who discovered her passion for recruitment whilst hiring internally for her own team during her sales career. She joined Tiger in 2017 after working as a consultant for a creative agency that specialises within media and the arts. Natasha now manages permanent hires for businesses across a range of industries with a focus on financial and professional services, and she hires for business support roles in London and internationally. With over six years in the industry, Natasha brings knowledge and experience alongside a wide network of candidates.

I have a curious mindset and a thirst for knowledge, and I enjoy learning about the businesses I work with to find the right talent for their needs. I work collaboratively with my clients and see myself as an extension of the company, representing them in the best possible way.
