Retails Sales Consultant- Emirati National

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive who is a UAE National to join our team. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within our retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing the products they desire while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with information on products/services
• Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store objectives
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management
• Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment

Requirements:

• UAE National (mandatory requirement)
• Proven work experience in retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
