Business Development Executive- Saudization

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia SALARY: 10,000 AED - 12,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

About the Role
This position is designed for a proactive individual who will play a pivotal role in supporting account targeting and penetration, assisting senior customer engagement leaders, and contributing to campaign activities.  

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue generation by cultivating and maintaining client relationships, effectively positioning the company's services and solutions.
  • Enhance company's brand reputation within the KSA market and across core sectors.
  • Execute account penetration strategies to establish robust client relationships in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Take ownership of dedicated accounts, ensuring the delivery of value-added services to meet sales targets.
  • Lead efforts in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and invoice collection.
  • Engage in client-focused business development and networking activities to meet revenue targets and performance goals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company's offerings.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to expand business within existing client accounts and explore new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to exceed client expectations and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Generate high-quality content to support business development initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market landscape, business trends, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to forge strong client relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
