London (West End) SALARY: £13 - £13 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary
My client is a highly reputable company in the West End, looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support their high volume of recruitment and growth. This role will be on a full-time basis, on a hybrid structure of 3 days in the office 2 days from home. This role is on a one-month temporary basis.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from an administrative perspective
- Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
- Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications and delivering an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder journey
- Strong admin and software skills
- Able to juggle heavy workload in a busy environment
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 1+ year working within a recruitment or admin position
- Extremely strong Admin and Organisational skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
- Experience working within a busy and fast-growing environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Right to work in UK – essential
