Principal Consultant- Healthcare & Life Sciences (Must be in Saudi)

Our client is looking for a Principal Consultant who will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple client projects within their Consulting Practice Area. From taking the lead on complex projects involving senior stakeholders to ensuring the quality of work and deliverables, you will be at the forefront of driving client success. Your role will also involve serving as a trusted business advisor, taking ownership of selected accounts, and mentoring junior consultants to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of end-to-end consulting best practices across the Practice Area, from lead management to post-project client care.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships, guiding clients through each stage of the growth pipeline cycle.
• Ensure client satisfaction and value delivery by successfully executing consulting and service engagements, fostering repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with the sales organization to craft effective "issue-based" account strategies for target accounts within the Practice Area.
• Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of consulting personnel within the Practice Area, in conjunction with the Regional Leader and Global Leader.
• Establish and curate knowledge repository with relevant content to support business development, fulfillment, and employee growth initiatives within the Practice Area.
• Formulate and execute the consulting and services strategy tailored to the needs of the Practice Area.
• Implement industry-leading practices for business development within the Practice Area.
• Collaborate with the sales team to devise and put into action local KSA account strategies, contributing to the growth of account revenues.
• Create high-quality, impactful content to support business development efforts and enhance client engagement.
• Collaborate closely with a global team of experts to craft an exceptional and compelling customer experience.
• Effectively manage key stakeholders within specific sectors/practice areas to exceed expectations and adhere to timelines.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to timelines within specific sectors/practice areas, while consistently delivering superior content quality.
• Engage collaboratively with a global team of experts to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, consulting, or related roles within the consulting industry.
• Proven track record of leading multiple client projects, particularly complex endeavors with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute on effective account strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and delivering results under pressure.
