We are looking to hire an HR Manager who can join a start-up boutique finance fund and set the function up from scratch. You will need to be able to work in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. Working closely with the founder and current SLT to help have a huge impact form day one. This role is likely to be a stand-alone role in the long run. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will need to be comfortable with creating processes and writing policies. Taking ownership of the whole HR function whilst implementing a positive company culture! Typical duties include:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of staff.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Create and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful you will have an established HR generalist career and be able to work in a boutique and changeable environment 

Essential Requirements 

  • Experience working in boutique finance firms 
  • Have created a HR function from scratch previously 
  • Experience being in a generalist role 
  • Able to work in a changeable environment 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to build relationships with founders.
