Senior Office Manager

Dubai, UAE SALARY: 55,000 AED - 70,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure the maintenance and functionality of office systems and equipment.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for the executive team.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Represent the executive team in meetings and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards organizational goals.
  • Identify and address operational challenges, proposing solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
