What You'll Do:

1. Estimation Excellence: Utilize your expertise and experience to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for fitout projects of varying scales and complexities.
2. Strategy & Innovation: Develop innovative pricing strategies and value engineering solutions to maximize efficiency and enhance project outcomes.
3. Collaborative Genius: Work hand-in-hand with our design, engineering, and project management teams to develop comprehensive and cohesive project proposals.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to leverage partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
5. Market Mastery: Stay ahead of industry trends and market fluctuations to ensure our pricing remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
6. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior estimators, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of growth and development.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Senior Estimator in a tier one construction company in the Middle East, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of fitout construction processes, materials, and methodologies, coupled with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
