Tiger is partnered with a media company that has a family-friendly portfolio of brands that features original Christmas movies, rom-coms and classic series that celebrate faith, family, and country. They are currently looking for an experienced administrative assistant to support their CEO. This is a hybrid position that may require some work outside the standard 9am – 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provides general administrative support to the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Chief Revenue Officer
- Prepare expense reports, arrange travel, and coordinate shipments
- Acts as the point of contact among executives
- Handles confidential and other sensitive information
- Review material such as scripts and provides brand-focused feedback
- Tracks and organizes all materials on current projects and incoming submissions
- Format memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Takes minutes during meetings
- Screens, directs, and responds to phone calls
- Manages executives’ calendars
- Organizes and maintains the office filing system
- Serves as a point of contact for office vendors
Qualifications & Competencies
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in media, hospitality, marketing, or PR
- Prior experience as an executive assistant or office manager required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate clearly to vendors and all levels within the organization
- Team player able to build cross-functional relationships to drive business results
- Ability to organize and prioritize work responsibilities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
