The Role:
As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage a Warm Desk: Step into an established desk with active clients and ongoing job orders, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate impact.
- Client Engagement & Business Development: Build and maintain robust relationships with top-tier legal firms and corporate legal departments in the Middle East.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your expertise to identify, attract, and place highly qualified legal professionals.
- Market Insight: Provide clients and candidates with informed advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in legal recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Regional Expertise: Must have experience recruiting for Middle Eastern companies, understanding the unique market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Location: Open to candidates based in London, willing to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a strategic mindset.
