Tiger Recruitment is looking for a professional and experienced Personal Assistant to our client, a UHNWI, to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Principal at the Monaco office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and post
- Coordinate and maintain a complex diary schedule
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and international travel logistics
- Organize visas, transportation, and accommodation for travel
- Facilitate events and conferences
- Prepare reports, manage expenses, maintain procedures, and liaise effectively with staff, suppliers, and clients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Fluent in English, French, and Kazakh; additional languages are a plus
- Flexibility and availability for 24/7 support
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Flexible approach with a proactive "can-do" attitude
- Strong computer skills
