Office Manager - Holiday Cover.
Tiger Recruitment is delighted to support an exceptional Medical rehabilitation Clinic in the search for a holiday cover for their Office Manager in Zurich.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.
Main Duties
- Perform office administrative tasks.
- Create a warm, clean and friendly atmosphere to Welcome patients in.
- Liaise with Medical insurance services.
- Support with HR and Administration issues.
- Manage and book appointments.
- Manage office petty cash, expenses ledger and bookkeeping in collaboration with accounting.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an office Manager or Office Assistant.
- Friendly and efficient personality.
- Fluent use of English and German in both oral and written communications.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, especially the Microsoft suite programs.
