Office Manager - Holiday Cover.

Tiger Recruitment is delighted to support an exceptional Medical rehabilitation Clinic in the search for a holiday cover for their Office Manager in Zurich.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.

Main Duties

  • Perform office administrative tasks.
  • Create a warm, clean and friendly atmosphere to Welcome patients in.
  • Liaise with Medical insurance services.
  • Support with HR and Administration issues.
  • Manage and book appointments.
  • Manage office petty cash, expenses ledger and bookkeeping in collaboration with accounting.


  • Experience as an office Manager or Office Assistant.
  • Friendly and efficient personality.
  • Fluent use of English and German in both oral and written communications.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, especially the Microsoft suite programs.
