Office Manager - Holiday Cover

Tiger Recruitment is delighted to support an exceptional Medical rehabilitation Clinic in the search for a holiday cover for their Office Manager in Zurich.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office.

Main Duties
Perform office administrative tasks.
Create a warm, clean and friendly atmosphere to Welcome patients in.
Liaise with Medical insurance services.
Support with HR and Administration issues.
Manage and book appointments.
Manage office petty cash, expenses ledger and bookkeeping in collaboration with accounting.

Qualifications
Experience as an office Manager or Office Assistant.
Friendly and efficient way of working.
Fluent use of English and German in both oral and written communications.
Good knowledge of computer applications, especially the Microsoft suite programs.
