My client is the one of the leading law firms in Saudia Arabia. They are looking for an experienced Managing Associate with 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE). As a Managing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level expertise, managing client relationships, and mentor junior associates within the firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership abilities and a proven track record of delivering excellent client service. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Lead a team of associates and paralegals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their professional development.
• Drive business development initiatives, including client pitches, proposal preparation, and networking activities.
• Manage large-scale legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget adherence, and successful outcomes.
• Work closely with partners and senior management to align legal strategies with firm objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 10 years PQE.
• Fluent Arabic, written English.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and transactions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and upholding ethical standards.
