Corporate Associate 3-4 PQE

My client is one of the world’s largest law firms. They are currently looking for a corporate associate 3-4 PQE, who is a Saudi National. You will be working with a wide variety of sectors, maintaining client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raise your own profile, and support the continued growth of the practice. This role is a mid-senior level.

What you’ll do:

• Take a lead role in a variety of transactions across a range of sectors.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Coach and mentor junior members of the team.
• Contribute to thought leadership.
• Maximise global presence and work on a range of corporate transactions.
• Contribute to business development. 

What you’ll need:

• Strong academic record, including a degree or equivalent.
• Extensive, in-depth knowledge and experience in corporate transactions.
• Experience of working with international clients in the corporate sector.
• Exceptional drafting skills and legal research ability.
• Excellent business development ability and demonstrates market focus.
• Strong financial and business awareness.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
