Junior Finance Officer- Investments Company Experience

The Junior Finance Officer will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires a professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Transaction Processing: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and records.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the investment or financial services industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
