IT Manager- Arabic Speaker Jeddah

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia SALARY: 17,000 - 17,000 PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Manager who is fluent in Arabic to oversee the IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project management and hands-on experience with Odoo software. This role involves managing the IT team, overseeing the implementation of technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
    • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance business operations.
  2. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  3. Odoo Software Management:
    • Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo software.
    • Provide support and training to staff on Odoo functionalities.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Odoo software.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
    • Allocate resources effectively to support business needs.
  5. IT Operations and Support:
    • Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
    • Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures to safeguard company data.
    • Manage IT budgets, including purchasing hardware and software, and maintaining vendor relationships.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments.
    • Communicate IT initiatives, updates, and changes to stakeholders clearly and effectively.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management.
    • Proven experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Odoo software, including implementation and customization.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
    • Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
