Abu Dhabi, UAE  SALARY: 15,000 AED - 17,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to play a crucial role in managing the human capital across our diverse group. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with the holding company's objectives and promote a positive organisational culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Develop strategies for talent retention, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Employee Relations:

Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee relations issues.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing concerns effectively.

Performance Management:

Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and management.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organisation and coordinate the development and implementation of training programs.

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

HR Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all UAE employment laws and regulations.

Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect legal and organisational changes.

General

Conduct benchmarking analysis for the group in coordination with external consultants. Gather and analyse market data throughout the year through discussions with industry experts and online research.

Manage the rollout of the HR module in the group ERP system.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Other HR-related projects and tasks as requested by the CEO and Director of Finance & Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and HR certifications are a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably within a holding company or diverse business environment.

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
