Administrative Assistant 40-50%
Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an immediately available and experienced Administrative Assistant to support a growing Technology business in Zurich.
This is a part time position and is available for 15 or 20 hours per week, either working Tuesday and Wednesday or between Tuesday and Thursday.
Main responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Manage emails, calendars and schedules, take initial phone enquiries and organise travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize files and records for taxes and ongoing business
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- An experienced Office Administrator
- The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in German
- Strong IT proficiency including good knowledge of Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
