A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to join a boutique financial services firm located in Mayfair. This is a newly created role due to growth and an upcoming office move, so the successful candidate will be someone who is highly proactive, solution orientated and service driven. You will be responsible for the planning, coordinating and delivering of all day-to-day operational support for the London office. Previous involvement with an office move would be useful, including experience within a corporate environment. 

What you’ll do:

  • Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the London office
  • Welcoming and greeting high-profile clients and guests - Providing refreshments and organising setup arrangements
  • Oversee office supplies, ordering and carrying out stock checks
  • Supervise the maintenance and repair activities for facilities and equipment
  • Support with office move including all planning and logistics 
  • Overseeing vendor contracts and space allocation management
  • Responsible for all matters related to environmental health and safety, as well as security
  • Assist with general ad hoc tasks

What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in a service driven role desired, preferably within financial services
  • A positive and flexible attitude is essential 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Highly motivated, innovative and always seeking opportunities to add value to the company
