3D Visualizer- Interior Designer

Our client is looking for a 3D Visualizer with Interior Design experience to transform basic graphical ideas like pictures, written texts or images into realistic 3-dimensional graphics that are easy to understand and are attractive and eye-appealing.

Responsibilities:
• Construct Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals for presentation.
• Assisting interior designers, architects in space planning and design details.
• Applying textures and providing appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
• Creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects using special rendering software.
• Enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
• Creating 3D walk-throughs and fly-through in artistic fields.
• Delivering Design Visualization & Presentation Projects to clients.
• Work closely with the architectural and 3D design teams in the preparation of 3D visualisation.
• Understand the concepts and initial design intent and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the architect’s concept into a graphic form or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.
• Prepare advanced presentations in various graphic mediums.
• Be able to administer creative control and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.
• Efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
• 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in 3D Design / Graphic Design
• Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution.
• D5, Animation skills
• Revit experience is a must.
• 3D Max
• V Ray
• Photoshop
• Auto Cad Basic
• 2-3 years’ experience
• Any other graphic or rendering software
• Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualisation and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and different activities, whilst prioritising their own work and achieving fixed deadlines.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, accuracy confidence and pride in their work.
• Be reliable, able to follow through and complete tasks, prepared to go the extra mile.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the practice and its work.
