Tiger Recruitment is delighted to support an international Gas & Power Trading Company in their search for an exceptional Office Manager for their newly established office in Zug, Switzerland. As an Office Manager, you will report directly to the Country Director and be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. This position offers the opportunity for a temporary-to-permanent role.

Main Duties:

  • Perform office administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with local authorities, immigration services and public administration services as needed to effectively run and troubleshoot all relevant issues and obligations of the local company.
  • Support with HR and Administration issues.
  • Keep track of all legal documents and their validity.
  • Manage office petty cash, expenses ledger and bookkeeping in collaboration with accounting.
  • Arrange transportation and accommodation for expatriates based at the site and other staff visiting from HQ’s.
  • Liaise with HQs on all issues and support implementation of agreed actions, ensuring efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in Business or other related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years in a relevant position in multinational organisations, ideally industry-related.
  • Fluent use of English and German in both oral and written communications.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer applications, especially the Microsoft suite programs.
