Housekeeping supervisor, Buckinghamshire.

Tiger Private is looking for an experienced temporary Housekeeping Supervisor to work in a historical mansion in Buckinghamshire 6 days a week.
 
This is an amazing opportunity for a senior Housekeeper, to be part of a very large team of private household staff working for a very high-profile family.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work 6 days a week from April till September with a one-month break whilst guests go away.

Your duties will include, doing grooming checks of all staff and daily briefings of all staff at the start of each shift.
Allocating extra jobs for all housekeeping team when necessary, making sure all housekeepers are regularly trained on cleaning standards, maintenance and upkeep of all areas to the highest standard.

Taking regular rounds of the property to ensure that all tasks are being done to the highest standard by the housekeepers and ensure that all safety and security compliances are met.
Ensuring stock control of all products is up to date on a daily basis, issuing out cleaning supplies and guest supplies.

Candidates must make sure that all area of the house like the front and back of the house are kept to the highest standard, like getting the team to get all meeting rooms ready prior to meeting and clearing and making sure all pantries are kept clean and tidy.
 
WHO YOU ARE:
A housekeeper with prior experience looking to step up to a more senior housekeeping role.
Candidates will only be considered with prior 4-5 star hotel experience or previous private household experience.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Own mode of transport.
Willing to travel to Buckinghamshire.
