Housekeeping Executive, Buckinghamshire.

Tiger Private is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to work on a wonderful private family estate in Buckinghamshire across the summer months.

This will be a temporary position, working six days per week throughout five months of the summer.

The chosen executive housekeeper will supervise and coordinate the activities of room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors and will assist in managing and directly the day–to–day operations of all housekeeping and laundry functions.

It will be the executive housekeeper's responsibility to help train and recruit other Housekeepers and ensure that the estate's high standards are maintained at all times.

The chosen candidate should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with apex, guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Obtain a list of vacant rooms and occupied rooms to be cleaned immediately & list of prospective checkouts or discharges to prepare work assignments.
• Experience with turn-down service, special needs of VIP families, etc. is helpful.
• Assigns team members their duties, and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness. 
• Create and update all cleaning schedules
• Create inventories of cleaning supplies & linen stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Assists in expense control by the housekeeping department.
• Review outside laundry facility servicing to ensure quality, undamaged linens and consistent delivery, keeping in mind the budgetary guidelines.
• Prepare annual housekeeping budget.
• Submit requests for repair and periodic maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• All housekeeping to an immaculate standard
