Dubai, UAE SALARY: 20,000 AED - 25,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent



The eLearning Content Creator is responsible for designing and developing interactive and engaging eLearning content specifically tailored for the real estate industry. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, utilizing the latest eLearning tools and AI technology, and leveraging a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to create effective online training materials. Creative writing skills, video production, and motion graphics experience is critical.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, multimedia development, video production, motion graphics, learning management systems (LMS), and adult learning principles.




  • Design and develop industry-specific eLearning content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and applicable to adult learners.
  • Create interactive and engaging multimedia elements, including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations.
  • Utilize eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Video editing software to develop high-quality eLearning modules.
  • Incorporate micro learning principles to create bite-sized, targeted learning modules for quick knowledge acquisition.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies, to enhance the interactivity and personalization of eLearning content.
  • Create visually appealing doodles, info graphics, and animated eLearning content to explain complex real estate concepts and processes.
  • Ensure that eLearning content is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible across different devices and platforms, keeping the real estate context in mind.
  • Collaborate with LXP/LMS team to upload and deploy eLearning modules.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing eLearning content based on feedback, evaluation data, industry changes, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Interpreting briefs to compose content such as slogans, catchphrases, tweets and scripts for tv and/or radio adverts. Your words will inform and engage target audiences based on the development brand style.
  • Constantly researching clients, their competitors and the target audience
  • producing original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and presenting these to clients and colleagues
  • Making sure all material that is going out to be proofread
  • Maintaining a greater attention to detail
  • Accuracy both in terms of grammar and information, as adverts must not be misleading
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Generate proactive ideas on existing projects on regular basis
  • assessing multiple hours of film, assembling footage, and meeting film deadlines.

  • exceptional video editing skills, a creative approach to problem-solving and deliver a high quality storytelling film.
  • Reading the scripts to understand the vision of the Director.
  • Visiting set locations during filming
  • Reviewing footage and selecting scenes according to the vision
  • Trimming segments of footage
  • Sourcing suitable music and sound design / Brief audio production houses on creating edit compositions
  • Must be able to understand business briefs
  • Work creatively to produce the desired product
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable
  • create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.
  • strong creative background to create powerful stories that capture an audience.
  • Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, 2D/3D animation,Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)
  • The ability to partner with other creative team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
  • Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design
  • Managing quality control over every final asset provided
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and idea.
  • Work with architectural models to create still and moving renders
  • Motion Graphics, VFX composting support to editorial team
  • Understand and solve editing related problems with graphic and animation solutions.
