Sam Phippen

Beginning his career in the energy industry through a four-year HR Degree Apprenticeship, Sam spent six and a half years developing broad experience across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. During this time, he earned a First-Class Business Management degree from the University of West London and achieved Chartered Manager status.

Drawing on experience across both operational HR and talent acquisition, Sam has built a strong foundation in strategic recruitment, with a particular focus on building strong relationships and delivering a positive experience for both employers and jobseekers.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys cooking and experimenting with new cuisines, and can often be found on the golf course.

What makes you fiercely distinctive? 

I’m driven by the opportunity to build. I love taking ownership, becoming an expert in my market and creating long-term partnerships with both employers and jobseekers.
