We understand that business support roles are the backbone of any successful organisation. Our business support recruitment services cover a wide range of positions, ensuring we can meet the unique needs of your business.
Hiring an executive assistant can be particularly challenging. Our specialism is permanent EA recruitment, and our expertise and extensive network ensures we find high-calibre individuals with the skills, experience and mindset that you require. If you’re a chairman, senior executive, celebrity or HNWI, it may be relevant to take advantage of our bespoke headhunting approach, especially if you’re hiring an EA for a niche, high-level position.
Finding the right personal assistant is essential for maintaining efficiency and organisation. Our team specialises in PA recruitment, connecting you with candidates who are not only highly skilled but also adaptable to your specific needs. Let us help you find a PA who will seamlessly integrate into your team and support your business goals.
We offer market-leading secretarial recruitment services in Switzerland, and internationally. No matter your industry or business size, we can source the secretarial staff you need to ensure your company runs seamlessly. We specialise in identifying top-tier secretarial candidates who excel in administration, communication and office management.
Office admin recruitment is one of our core services. Our extensive network and expertise allow us to find candidates who are detail-oriented, organised and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks. Our consultants are ready to secure the right admin staff for your office.
We attract outstanding graduates through strategic advertising and a number of key relationships we have with universities. Our graduates are bright, eager to learn and very interested in hearing about new opportunities. From researcher roles for top executive search firms, marketing assistant positions for leading financial companies or junior posts in creative agencies, the grads we’ve placed have gone on to be very successful.
If you’re looking for support staff within the creative industry, we can help. We source candidates with technical qualifications to aid your team and its growth. Whether you’re looking for an exceptional candidate to cover for a staff member, or you want to find the perfect fit for your business, request a callback from a specialised consultant.
Our specialist team supports pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and CDMO businesses, sourcing experienced professionals across quality, regulatory, clinical supply, validation and procurement.
Three-quarters (73%) of the job briefs we received last year were from repeat clients.
We are regularly asked to source candidates for permanent compliance roles. We recruit senior compliance officers, compliance monitoring officers and compliance administrators with a basic understanding of due diligence processes, such as Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering.
We work with hedge funds, private equity houses and investment banks to locate candidates for investor relations positions, both standalone and those that are part of a larger remit.
We typically recruit fund administration roles for finance boutiques. These roles can sometimes contain compliance duties, so we are continually adding to our database of candidates so that we can provide support in this area.
Our clients’ demands vary dramatically, so we provide a service to match. We can source both experienced company secretaries and those who have little experience but legal qualifications.
We match exceptional staff with employers based on core values, in addition to skills and experience.
