An HR director will be part of the senior leadership team, usually reporting directly into the CEO. They will be required to ensure that HR policies and programmes align with wider organisational objectives, overseeing wider recruitment strategies, training and development and any financial requirements of the HR function. An HR director job will require high-level management of a diverse team, which could include HR managers, advisors, assistants and the wider support team.
