After more than 15 years working within external recruitment and managed service programmes across Zurich’s banking and finance sector, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise in contingent workforce management, talent acquisition and client relations. Having partnered with a wide range of international businesses, she has developed a deep understanding of both corporate and private staffing needs.

Now based in our Zurich office, Natalie works closely with employers and jobseekers alike to ensure the best possible matches. Her people-first approach and commitment to building long-term partnerships make her a trusted advisor in the hiring process.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family and is trilingual, often switching seamlessly between English, German and Italian at home.

What makes you Fiercely Distinctive?

Although I’ve lived in Switzerland for more than 20 years, I still can’t ski and have a fear of heights, which isn’t exactly ideal for a Swiss resident!
