Lydia Charlesworth

After studying management at university, Lydia began her career in luxury ski chalets based in Méribel. She then spent five years working on yachts and in private villas in the USA, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean until she became part of Tiger in early 2022.

As Head of the Private division, Lydia supports the consultants’ training and development. However, Lydia prides herself on being a consultant first and foremost. Working with her Principals, she enjoys sourcing staff for their unique roles and providing a value-added approach to hiring.

Lydia also has an interest in discovering new venues and restaurants around London, trying to recreate her favorite dishes at home.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I am a people person to my core, with a service-oriented mind. I make sure that the needs of the individuals I support are met, whether that’s the Principals or job seekers. I won’t stop until all boxes are checked – the service mentality is drilled into me!
