Alexandra Aplin

Ali graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in French and Spanish, during which she spent a year abroad working in Barcelona. After graduating, she began her career in recruitment, working for several London-based boutique agencies, where she built a strong network and developed expert knowledge of business support roles.

In 2025, she joined Tiger Recruitment as a senior consultant in the City office. With five years’ experience, she quickly became an integral member of the team. She places great value on building strong, lasting relationships with both businesses and candidates to ensure the right long-term fit.

What makes you fiercely distinctive?

I have a strong interest in history and enjoy learning about different people and perspectives. It has shaped my curiosity and open-minded approach, which I bring into my work when understanding employers’ needs and supporting candidates.
