Senior Accounting Associate

Title: Senior Accounting Associate

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 pa.

Tiger is partnered with a family office/venture capital firm that is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate to have general oversight of all accounting processes. They are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked in a family office environment. The role will be multi-dimensional and is a growth opportunity for someone seeking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that functions internationally.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the full accounting processes, i.e., maintaining the general ledger
• Monthly and quarterly financial statements to clients by GAAP
• Reviewing the accounts payable function
• General Accounting work
• Posting all journal entries
• Budgets and reporting on budget to actual
• Review numerous banks, brokerage, and credit card accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting
• 7+ years of proven experience as a leader in recruiting
• Prior experience working in a family office
• Ability to travel
• “Get it done” attitude and tenacity for achievement
