<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>With more than 12 years of international recruitment experience, Tom has built a strong track record of delivering talent solutions across a range of sectors, including technology and banking &amp; finance. He began his recruitment career in London in 2014 with a leading global staffing firm before relocating to Switzerland in 2017. Since then, he has gained experience working with both international recruitment businesses and an innovative technology scale-up, where he worked in an internal talent acquisition capacity. This diverse background has given him a comprehensive understanding of recruitment, business development and long-term relationship management.</p>
<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>Originally from Oxford in the UK, Tom is now based in Zürich with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two young children, who keep him busy and entertained.</p>

<p style=”font-weight: 400;”>I am passionate about discovering new things &amp; cultures &amp; as such am a (self-proclaimed) excellent cook as well as being fluent in Spanish &amp; am currently learning German.</p>
