Charlotte Larwill

After initially working as a PA for a London based private equity firm, Charlotte made the move into recruitment on her return from travelling in Africa and Asia. She now has over 10 years’ experience recruiting business support roles in the London market. Working in a job share at Tiger allows her to make the best of work whilst also spending time with her two young children.
