Max Crumpton

Max’s career path is very unique as in his early career he was a professional athlete for over a decade. Max was successful in English Rugby Union, climbing the ranks to become a member of the premiership team, Harlequins.

After retiring from professional rugby, Max pivoted towards other passions, joining Tiger Dubai to focus on recruiting niche tech and finance roles.
